  • Where do I find sizing information?
    Each product has a size chart that specifies the dimensions of the product. If you're unsure, please email and we will be happy to assist you.
  • How do I care for my Kindness Warrior clothing?
    Our clothing is made with love so please care for them with love! Turn garment inside out. Wash on delicate, cold cycle and hang to dry. Due to the unique application of the decoration, we kindly advise you to not put our clothing in the dryer.
  • Can I purchase an item of that's out of stock?
    If an item you are looking for is out of stock, you can opt in for an alert on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock.
  • I just missed your sale. Will you honour a new purchase at the sale price?
    Sale prices are not honoured after the sale is over. To find out when we are having our sales, join our mailing list or follow us on instagram.
  • I bought an item before a sale or promotion, will you proactively adjust the price?
    Unfortunately we aren't able to adjust prices for items purchased prior to a sale or promotion.
  • I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do this?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at All orders that have been cancelled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your original payment method. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return it once received and we will credit you.
  • I would like to sell Kindness Warrior at my studio/store. How do I open a wholesale account?

  • I just placed an order. Can I edit or add another item to it?
    Yes you are able to add or modify an existing order. Please email to make this request.
  • What is your return policy?
    We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in original packaging within 15 days from the arrival of your package, for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Flash Sale and Black Friday items are final sale. We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website We are not able to accept returns for items purchased through 3rd party retailers, studios or stores. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from. They should be able to help you further. Any item purchased at an event, market or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. We offer special sale pricing for events. We cannot honour event pricing for our online items. Thank you for your understanding on this policy!
  • Return and Exchange Instructions
    To initiate a return or exchange, email us at We'll need your order # or the email address used to place the order. If your order was damaged or defective upon receipt, please attach a photo of the defect. Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached (unless the item was damaged upon receipt). After your return or exchange has been approved by e-mail, please include in your return package a short note quoting your order number, the details of your request, your shipping address and your e-mail address. Ship the item back to the address provided by Kindness Warrior. There are two ways to do this: -Ship the item(s) back using Canada Post or the shipping provider of your choice using a tracking number. Packaging it up as small as possible will reduce the costs. Please note that it can take up to six weeks for an internationally-bound shipment to be returned to us. - Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping provider of your choice. If you are in Canada, the most economical way to ship an item is to lay it as flat as possible in a large envelope and ship as regular service letter mail without tracking, however we cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive back to our warehouse. If it can fit through a mail slot, it can be shipped this way. When we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a refund notification via e-mail. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your item is to be exchanged due to an error in fulfilling the order or defect we will cover the cost of shipping and will email you a return shipping label. If you wish to return or exchange for personal reasons (wrong size chosen, not suitable, etc), we will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Final Sale/Event/Festival/Black Friday/Boxing Week
    Black Friday & Boxing Week sale does not apply to gift cards or wholesale. All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post. Any item purchased at an event, market or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If a Final Sale item is damaged or defective, an online store credit may be issued. Please email to notify us of any defect.
  • I live locally to Uxbridge can I get my order delivered?
    Yes! You can opt to save on shipping and have your order delivered by choosing “Local Delivery” as your shipping option. Delivery date/time will be confirmed to you by email.
  • My package has not been delivered on time. What do I do?
    Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the postal service to deliver the package if you chose the non-tracked shipping option. Reasonable wait times are 3 weeks in Canada and 4-5 weeks outside of Canada.
  • My package didn't arrive
    Cases of undelivered packages will be looked at individually. If shipping information, such as an address, is misspelled by a customer, the package will be shipped back to Kindness Warrior. We can reship the order with proper address, however, we will recharge for shipping fees. We are not responsible if the item is lost due to theft, improper address, change of address or incomplete address. If all options are exhausted and the item still has not shown up, we will charge a replacement fee to send out a new item.
  • The tracking numbers says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it
    Please call the shipping provider (shown on your tracking confirmation email) and file a claim with them. We will assist you if action is required on our end to make the claim. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
  • How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to process (before shipping). We will notify you if your order will take longer than 1 week. If items are in stock they will go out on the next delivery day. We ship out a minimum of 2 times a week. We try to get orders out in less than a week but depending on production schedule, certain items may take longer if they are still in production. We pride ourselves on our local, small batch production. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How long will shipping take?
    Orders are shipped from Uxbridge, ON, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Canadian orders take 4-10 business days to arrive and are sent via oversized letter mail or light packets. US orders take 5-14 business days to arrive and are sent via light or small packets. International orders take 3-6 weeks to arrive. We have tracked and non-tracked shipping options and based on weight of entire order. The delicate shipping method is untracked which is very reliable and keeps shipping costs down. Should you wish to add tracking at an additional cost, please let us know in the notes section of your order or email us directly at Standard and Heavy Goods Shipping are tracked. Once your package is in the mail, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    After placing your order, shipping charges will be added to your order which vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes, we ship across North America from Uxbridge, ON. Shipping times vary widely internationally, and delays are always possible. International buyers are responsible for any additional tariffs, VATs, import and duty fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order.
